Shipping Policy

At Collins Tahitian Black Pearls, we strive to make shipping as affordable and easy as possible for our customers. For all shipments within the United States, we offer a flat shipping rate of $15 USD per order.

We use trusted shipping partners to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can track your order every step of the way.

 

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of year. During busy holiday seasons, shipping may take longer than usual. However, we will always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

For customers outside of the United States, please contact us at alexander@collinspearls.com to discuss shipping options and costs. We will work with you to find the most affordable and efficient shipping solution for your order.

Return Policy

At Collins Tahitian Black Pearls, we take pride in offering high-quality products to our customers. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 90-day warranty on all of our products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 90 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at alexander@collinspearls.com to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization number, you may return the item to us. Please include your return authorization number with your return package.

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
